Booth at family carnival by team REACH

Hello, some updates!

In liaison with another Youth for Causes Group REACH from Nanyang, we will be setting up a booth at their family carnival cum jogathon! Team Reach aims to raise funds for New Hope Community Services, a Voluntary Welfare Organization which which provides assistance, counselling and training to alleviate difficulties and the suffering of needy people.

The carnival will be held from 13th September 2008 (Saturday) - 14th September 2008 (Sunday), from 10am to 6pm on both days, at East Coast Park. Do come down and show your support for both our team and their team! :D:D

In return for setting up a booth at their carnival, we will have to help them sell pre-sale coupons ($10 each) for the carnival. Interested participants please email us at prismofcolours08@yahoo.com.sg should you want to buy pre-sale coupons!

Volunteers who are interested in helping out at our booth for this event please email us at prismofcolours08@yahoo.com.sg. CIP hours will be awarded!

On the other hand, we are still desperately looking for volunteers for the street sales on 31st August, 7th September and 14th September, so do email us if you would like to help us out!

Hello, good news!

We've decided to drop the prices of our products by a great deal - to appeal to you more!

Main changes include notebooks from $5.00 each to now $3.00 each!!
Post-its and $1.50 each, and much much more!

And now our packages include:

Package 1 – 2 notebooks + 2 post-its + 2 key chains + 2 ball point pens = $10.00

Package 2 – 2 notebooks + 4 post-its + 2 key chains = $10.00

Package 2 - 3 notebooks + 3 post-its = $10.00

We have added two new dates for our street sales:

Hello everyone!

Our new blogskin! Great thanks to Ming Xuan for his help and everything else xD

Some of the things still look quite weird, but it's so late now I shall do it tomorrow(:

Once again, am appealing for volunteers to take home our products and sell, and get CIP hours! We seriously have too many products, ouch.

Notebook - $5.00 each
*buy one notebook and get a key chain/ball point pen FREE!
Post-its (personalised) - 1 for $2.00, 2 for $3.00
Key chains - 1 for $2.00
Ball point pens (2 designs) - 1 for $1.00
Multi-coloured (blue, black and red) pen cum highlighter - 1 for $2.00
*choice of 3 colours: orange blue and green

Besides all these individual pricings, to appeal to all of YOU out there more, we have come up with little packages for you:

Oh, and, something that we've thought of! CIP hours will be awarded to people who take home our products and sell. Just sell any 2 packages to your friends/family and get 1 hour of CIP. The more you sell, the more number of CIP hours you will get. Sounds cool? Suitable for you who want to do your part for charity but are too busy to join us on any of our street sales :D

Meeting place for the street sales will be at Outram Park MRT Station on the 3rd, Ang Mo Kio MRT Station on the 10th, Jurong East MRT Station on the 17th and Woodlands MRT Station on the 24th. As for the last one at Orchard, it will probably be outside Far East Plaza, to be confirmed again! :D

Our first event and street sale session took place last Saturday and Sunday - thanks to all who have helped out! Each and every one of you made a difference(:

Hello, good news and some updates!

We have more places to sell our products at! Besides our 6 street sale sessions, we will be setting up booths to sell our products at the following events:

1. Bazaar Sale
- organised by another YFC Team of Hope Centre

Date: 26th July, Saturday and 27th July, Sunday
Time: 10am to 8pm (Sat) and 10am to 5pm (Sun)
Venue: Hougang Mall

2. Football Carnival
- organised by Hope Centre and their soccer league partner

Date: 17th August, Sunday
Time: 3pm to 9pm
Venue: Yio Chu Kang Stadium

3. NUS Charity Fiesta
- organised by NUS Students’ Union Volunteer Action Committee (NVAC)

Date: 23rd August, Saturday - 24th August, Sunday
Time: 1000 on 23/8 to 1500 on 24/8
Venue: Esplanade Park

Volunteers and interested buyers are more than welcome at any of these events! And of course, the street sales too xD Do inform us if you are interested!
