Welcome to the official website of Prism of Colours 2008!
Prism of Colours is a Youth for Causes project which aims to raise funds for Hope Centre, a Voluntary Welfare Organisation which helps financially challenged students in the North East region.
We aim to raise funds through the sale of customized notebooks, key chains and post-it pads. Products will be sold through a series of street sale sessions. Through this project, it is hoped that public awareness regarding the less fortunate will be raised.
If you are interested in doing your part for charity and would like to participate in our project, volunteers may choose to help out either at the street sale sessions or at booths that we will be setting up at various events (visit "events" for more information).
You may also choose to take home some of our products and sell them to your friends and family. Either way, CIP hours will be duly rewarded and we hope you will consider joining us in this meaningful cause!
We also hope that you will help to support this meaningful cause by buying our products! :D If you wish to make any orders, feel free to email prismofcolours08@yahoo.com.sg to place your order now! We will then make further arrangements with you(:

Who are we?
Prism of Colours is a youth-based fund-raising group under the Youth for Causes 2008 initiative (Under 16 Category). Youth for Causes 2008 is officially supported and funded by the Citibank-YMCA organization since its pioneering year in 2002.
We aim to raise funds for Hope Centre, a Voluntary Welfare Organisation which helps financially challenged students in the North East region, through the sale of customized key chains, notebooks and post-it pads. A series of street sale sessions will be conducted on Sundays from 12pm to 4pm.
Besides that, booths will be set up at various events such as the NUS Charity Fiesta and Hope Centre's Football Carnival.
Through this project, it is hoped that public awareness regarding the less fortunate could be raised and more people will know about Hope Centre.
How can you volunteer?
If you are interested in doing your part for charity and wish to help out in our project, you may choose to volunteer at the street sale sessions or at the booths. Please visit "events" for more information. The nature of street sales is about the same as flag day, you go around asking for donations with a tin can, except that instead or giving out donations, you try to sell our products(:
As for the booths, you can either choose to man the booth or walk around the area selling our products as well.
You may also volunteer by taking home some of our products and selling to your friends and family. Please visit "products" for more information.
Your efforts will be recognised and we will greatly appreciate your help. CIP hours will be awarded as well! :D
Interested volunteers may email prismofcolours08@yahoo.com.sg and we will liaise with you further(:
